All of the staff were very helpful and my room was well appointed and serviced every day. Particularly liked the use of a secure basement carpark too for a very small cost. Location was great too being close to Milford, Takapuna and the motorway. I would definitely stay there again.

Seems like a new property. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. Parking is an extra fee, but the parking is secure and out of the weather, under the building.

The room was lovely and spacious and decorated really nicely. It was very clean and tidy in all areas. You could use steps or elevator and was a quick walk to shops and quick drive to Eventfinda stadium which is why I was there. Free movies in the room was a bonus and there was a large selection to chose from. Also the washing machine and tumble drier in the bathroom was an awesome feature Parking wasn't easy unless purchased through hotel and i world have liked more eateries closer by but all in all it was a great stay and I would stay again. Staff was friendly and housekeeping were lovely.

Excellent facility. Room was very clean and tidy. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming with excellent breakfast dining advice. Area is very quiet at night. I Highly recommend staying here if you have anything going on around the Takapuna area.
