"The place looks very old and ran down outside the rooms their is a big area with hobos. The rooms inside have old furniture and the sink clogged up every time we opened the faucet. Not worth the stay for the price. The main guy in the front was very friendly though. "

"This was by far the nicest "Budget" hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. (And I have stayed in 100's)
Check in was quick and simple. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and efficient.
The room was great. It was clean, nice linens (bed and bathroom) a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker) bottled water, and bat items (shampoo/lotion/conditioner).
Even the breakfast was pretty good.

"The check in process was very easy. We had 6 adults and 4 children from 8-14. We all had plenty of space. The kitchen had plenty of room for everyone to get their meals. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa everyday. And everyone slept very well at night. We look forward to returning. "
