Fully-Furnished Home in Beaumont, CA

  • Spacious 4-bedroom, 3-full bath one story home. Fully furnished home located in Fairway Canyon. Beautiful outdoor patio area, equipped with comfortable patio furniture! This listing is intended for interim housing. Please do not inquire if you are looking for permanent primary housing. See the Terms below.

    $7,500 Monthly rent, $3,000 Security Deposit (Refundable), $50 application fee per adult, One time cleaning fee $650, pets are allowed with prior approval ONLY (No Cats). $500 pet fee per pet AND $150 pet rent per pet per month. Tenants will be provided with $100 monthly utility allowance for gas and electric combined and $100 monthly water cap. Any overage is tenants responsibility.
