Top Riverside Park Hotel Reviews
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Wausau
8/10 Good
"The staff was able to change my room from the second floor to the first. I was not able to do the stairs, no elevator. I was happy with the breakfast it was the standard fair. But the cleaning of my room was not good. They came in and took the one towel and one washcloth off the sink counter and that was it. No new towel in the bathroom, no trash taken out and bed was not changed or made. Was very dissapointed in this area."
Super 8 by Wyndham Wausau

"Room was clean and very quiet during nighttime hours. Breakfast was depleted and breakfast room tables dirty when we entered around 8 a.m."

Travelodge by Wyndham Merrill
8/10 Good
"First things first... this is not a 5-star hotel and we didn't expect it to be. Much like other travelers, a clean and comfortable room is all we seek during our stay. 1. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. 2. The hotel staff was very friendly. 3. The continental breakfast was good, but nothing to brag about - aka... free! I did express some concerns with the desk clerk when we checked out, most of them having to do with basic maintenance, door knobs loose, sink not draining, HVAC unit cover taped on instead of being installed correctly, and finding black mold around the tub area has been covered with another layer of silicone caulk instead of being removed properly. The shower curtain was stained, not sure if this was due to the rusted shower rod or the humidity, and loose water faucet handles. The glass lobby door has a defective closer unit... so the door would slam anytime someone would go through the doors. The rain gutter on the car port was literally hanging off the building (needed a few screws to secure it). Would I stay here again, sure... but I would definitely check the bathrooms for better maintenance."
Hilton Garden Inn Wausau

Courtyard by Marriott Wausau

"Beautiful hotel. The landscaping flowers outside were beautiful!!! One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! Too bad there wasn’t a complimentary breakfast!"
The Ultimate Playhouse: Heated Pool-Fireplace-Game Room-TheaterLounger-2Dogs OK
10/10 Excellent
"The accommodations were very comfortable, the pool was a huge hit, and the game room provided hours of entertainment for the whole family. The hosts were also excellent communicators and clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more. Absolutely wonderful weekend getaway…we didn’t want to leave!"
