Located in a 2-hectare wooded park, surrounded by nature, come and stay in this contemporary villa, classified 5*, with a large terrace overlooking a very beautiful 12m x 5m swimming pool (heated as an option).

This house includes:



- a large living room / living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The large bay windows offer a breathtaking view of the outside.



The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with many accessible channels (Netflix available).

- a children's room with a cabin bed in 90 bunk mode (be careful, the top bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old).

- The large terrace, accessible from many rooms in the house, will allow you to enjoy the garden furniture, the barbecue and the swimming pool (swimming pool with roller shutter).



In the basement of the house, you have an accessible garage to park your vehicle there as well as the lingerie (large freezer, washing machine and dryer).



Everything you need to come and stay there with a baby (cot, changing table, high chair, booster seat) will be made available to you.
