The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean and well maintained. The food was varied, of excellent quality, and everything was perfectly arranged. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and would happily book this hotel again and again. Highly recommended!

For 2 weeks business trip in the hotel. Hotel is clean, good air conditioning. Rooms with balcony possible (for smokers), good room service and restaurant (but not cheap). recommended for longer stays in Riad

This is a small boutique hotel, and the rooms are palatial and well equipped. The lobby is based on a reading room and there is a door off this to a nice veranda for smoking and refreshments. Service was excellent. No dining but plenty of choice locally, including a state-of-the-art shopping mall.

Overall experience was amazing, one thing which bothered us was being asked to pay for the dry fruits, water and cold drinks upon check out. It's indeed an expensive hotel still they ask to pay for it. You shouldn't have placed it in rooms beforehand if so. However swimming pool, spa, gym, these kind of things were okay.

I hardly stayed there for sleep only but I liked the space, number of power outlets, quality of bed, and shower facility. I only recommend elevating quality of Shampoo and Soap. I will surely try this hotel once again.
