The location is good, walking distance to the train station, because I did day trips to the nearby little towns by train. "Giovanni was looking for us as we approached the B&B. He speaks some English and we speak some Italian, it was enjoyable. There are 3 rooms here. It is an old building and is well located. Not modern, but comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect place for us to stay within easy walking distance to the center. We were able to park quite close. All in all very good place to stay!"

"I have stayed in many bed and breakfast hotels across Europe and Italy. This is by far the best I have ever stayed. The location is not super fantastic. It’s next to a main road but we can’t hear anything in the room. The room is simple but super super clean and well maintained. Comes with very clean toilet and shower. Mini fridge. Our window looks out to groves of olive tree. Highly recommended!"

"The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for anyone travelling in the area."

"This is a great guesthouse and if you are lucky and get one of the front facing rooms, you get the best sea view in Tropea. The manager was very responsive and provided one of the best breakfasts on your own balcony every morning. Good value and only 10 mins walk from the train station."
