With 198 ft of waterfront all to yourself, along with a HUGE private dock with 1 slip available for your boat and water toys, this property is perfect for guests be outside and enjoy fishing, swimming, and sunbathing. The dock is equipped with a refrigerator. If grilling outside is your thing, we have a gas grill for you in front of the house. Want to relax in the evening? We have Remodeled a modern studio space for guests to enjoy in the summer. The 450 sq ft space is included (included in rate) for summer months through September. The studio is on the same property and shares the driveway with the Octagon House. it is just steps away from Octagon House. Space features a full size and King Size Bed. There is also a bathroom with small shower. ROKU TV in the studio as well. High Speed Internet
