"My wife, our three teenage kids, and I came from Los Angeles to spend Thanksgiving in Tokyo, and we had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Ikebukuro. This type of room is honestly our favorite, plenty of space and super comfortable for a family of five. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access to food, shopping, and transportation. The staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and really thoughtful with their help, which made our stay even better. We loved the experience so much that we already booked another stay at one of their sister hotels near Tokyo Station. Highly recommended!"

"I frequently travel to Tokyo and this would be my favourite hotel to stay. Reasonable price, good connections to other places with JR and subway station, good food nearby (I recommend the Japanese-Italian place Kobaya just next door). The neighbourhood is a suburb but on the Yamanote line with great vibes. Rooms are moderately sized with a huge TV, shower facilities is great with the water heater being the best I have used (even better than my house!). Some of the staff are great with English too."

"Hotel was on a good area - easy access to narita airport, the fabric stores, and lots of food options in the neighborhood. Hotels beds were comfortable, room clean, and staff welcoming. Hall carpets were a bit worn- which was strange because everything else was top class."
