We love staying at this hotel whenever we go to Roanoke. Our experience has been that the rooms are very clean and odor free. The pool is clean and in decent repair. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely our go to hotel in the Roanoke area.

They offer pre check-in, which made our arrival a breeze. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. Good coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. Everything else in the room worked (microwave, ‘fridge). ...
