"Found this great property to stay in during our recent trip to College Station for the NCAA softball regionals. The property appeared to be brand new, clean and well furnished, although the towels were a little used and dingy. The neighborhood was also new and felt very safe with well taken care of properties. My only complaint was the fact there were no instructions for working the TV. It was a great property and price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend. "

"The house was lovely, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately in the Master Bedroom there's a dresser placed so that you can barely get around the bed to the Master bath. It's great King size bed but having the footer and dresser at the end only gives 18inches of space to walk through which is not enough for most body types."
