"The hotel is located on the lakeshore and offers a very peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The fireplace in the room was especially soothing and made the stay feel warm and relaxing."

"Nice newer property in a great location in the downtown heart of Queenstown. We would stay there again. The property doesn't have parking however there is a parking lot next door where you can leave your car from 6pm to 8am but then it's $6.50 per hour to park. We always found a spot to park and it wasn't a major issue."

"Room was great, beds ever so comfy. Bella in Reception was very helpful, brought me oat milk for my tea in the room and explained things clearly about parking. For the price it would be good if parking was included. And provided like Copthorne or in conjunction with them at busy times."
