"Great location and a clean hotel overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable and it dipped in the middle, making it hard to sleep. The deadbolt in our room didn’t work, and there was frequent door slamming at night that was easy to hear. Most of the issues we experienced were related to the condition of the room rather than the service."

"Very easy digital check in process for those who want to use it. Having my key in my apple wallet was super convenient. We have stayed here a few times because of the kind staff, clean rooms, and convenient location to Downtown Crossing, Faneuil Hall, the North End, the Commons, and the TD Garden. Love this place!"

"This hotel is both beautiful and ideally located for exploring central Boston. The staff are all super friendly. Coffee shop is great and the cocktails in the bar are delicious. I also love the little "library room" off the hotel lobby where my friend and I had our coffee and chatted surrounded by books and beautiful accoutrements."

"Construction outside and extremely loud property with thin walls. Very loud the entire time you could hear others alarms through the wall. Turned on the fan to make it better but with the heater when preset temp was met a very very loud sound played. Check in and out was easy with the app. Breakfast was as you expect. Room was run down but clean enough."
