"The motel overall was great. It’s an older place so if you are going to nit pick everything that’s older. It’s not for you. The place is very laid back and the staff is great. Housekeeping came and gave us fresh towels/made the beds. It has a pool, restaurant and bar that make it very convenient. We will definitely be back."

"The entire experiance was great. The kids loved the cabin and splashing around in the creek. The cabin and bathhouse were both exceptionally clean.We stayed the last week of July, and I was initially concerned the window ac unit would not be able to keep up. I was pleasantly surprised the interior of the cabin was able to mantain a pleasant reprieve from the heat during the day and provide a very comfortable sleeping condition at night."

"This was a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to downtown Maysville. I thought it was very comfortable and the breakfast was first rate! There are downstairs (first floor) rooms, but mine was on the top floor and no elevator. So please note if you have mobility issues. I parked on the street so I don’t know what other options are available. Lovely place and historic property."

Check-in information was sent well in advance, making our arrival completely stress-free, and the host was always quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay.The house itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. I'm very particular about cleanliness when traveling, and this home exceeded my expectations. Check-out was just as easy and hassle-free.The setting is what truly makes this place unforgettable. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with breathtaking 360-degree views of rolling fields and pastures, it feels like a peaceful escape from the world. Our kids absolutely loved watching the cows graze near the house each day—it was the highlight of their trip! There are several outdoor seating areas where you can relax, soak in the scenery, and enjoy the quiet.If you're looking for a peaceful getaway where you can truly unwind, breathe, and enjoy the beauty of the countryside, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit.Also check out Stepping Stone Farm when you're visiting the area. They have a great farm stand to pick up local made goodies and home grown produce. They also have a lot of things for the kids to do while you're there."

"A beautiful old cabin that reminds you of your grandmother's house, surrounded by woods. A great way to fit grandparents and all the cousins to relax under one roof. The milestone bakery/cafe 5 minutes away is definitely not to be missed. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay."
