"So the place was beautiful. Got in relaxed had dinner then once the sun went down it got cold put the aircon on and it blew cold air our room was 16 degrees also is winter managed to get it to 18 in 2 hours then go to have a shower the water was cold ran it for 20min with my naked wife freezing to get it just warm to soap up and rinse off.
A staff member became up to help and he told me he would get engineering onto it this week, but we were only staying for the night. I asked if we could move rooms he said they were booked out and if I wanted to, I could pack up and leave. Poor service by the staff and then went to order pizza for Room Service to try and keep my partner happy ment to be within 15 min took over 45 min."
