Great quiet location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast. After traveling every weekend for the past month, this is the best hotel stay my family and I encountered. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I even received a call from the front desk after getting to my room to make sure it met my expectations. Would definitely stay again.

This is a brand-spanking new hotel; so new that it doesn't appear on some maps & taxi/Uber drivers have difficulty in locating it. It's near the Slim Chicken if drivers need directions. As it's fairly new, everything was clean & in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly. Customer service was 10/10. Friendly staff and the room was clean. Stayed there twice during my trip to Louisiana. Will be back again! My only push is more toiletries.

The only bad thing was the pool was closed for 2 days we were there due to it needed to be shocked due to some algae from some of the people that were staying there.

Location, it was near everything we came to Memphis to do, but far enough away, that we felt safe.

CLEAN ROOM

Comfortable beds, the pillows held their shape and didnt need constant folding and reshaping. The only thing that I could find subpar was the lighting around the bathroom mirror was not bright at all. Other than that, best stay in a hotel I’ve had in a long time.

Great stay! Clean comfortable bed, large room, only complaint is that the water in the shower never really got that hot, it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t as hot as showers can normally get, other than that everything was great!

Great stay for visitors visiting downtown businesses. Very walkable! Great restaurants nearby and Walgreens is very convenient. Starbucks on site

Hotel exceeded expectations and had a great price. It was quiet even with full occupancy. Great location, easy to get to and restaurants within walking distance. Planning on making another trip and will stay there again.
