"The customer service on the Saturday morning was rude, unhelpful. The room stinks"

"Housekeeping were great, but the front desk were not very helpful. Asked for trash bags and said they didn’t have any but when I asked housekeeping, they gave me some. Also, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. There’s no power to the unit. The water in the sink came out extremely hot and would take a while to cool down to normal temperature. Got a deal on the booking so I got what I paid for but for a downtown spot the theme in the decorations were okay. Not Hilton or Doubletree usual work."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was little confusing - the front desk could not find my reservation with just my name. We finally found the confirmation number in Expedia and they were able to locate my reservation after that. "

"I’m so happy to have discovered this great downtown Denver hotel, right in Union Station! It’s so convenient to take the train from the airport and just walk in the front door of the hotel! The free Lyft service for within 2 miles was a huge bonus too. My room was facing the train tracks and I was afraid of noise, so I asked to switch and they graciously made the switch. The gym is ok, but I wish they had handweights instead of just kettle bells. I will definitely stay again!"

"Excellent location walking distance to everything you could want and conveniently located near a parking garage to save the cost of valet parking. The hotel smelled good, had an on-site resturant and coffee shop they give you daily credit for. The property is beautiful and the staff are really friendly."

"We booked this room specifically for the baseball games series. However, during our day, there was an event going on that we weren’t made aware of when we booked. This occupied the entire McGregor Square so we were not able to take advantage of restaurants during the main part of our stay. We also booked this hotel primarily to be able to walk out from the hotel right into course field. The hotel closed off the exit so we had to walk clear around the hotel just to get to the gate we needed to. The room was nice and clean however, there was a lot of things not working. The shower door wouldn’t close lamps weren’t working and the door to the room had to be forcefully closed. The stain itself was OK but it would’ve been what I would’ve expected from $100 a night stay. However, the rooms we booked over $300 a night. When we booked them for the amenities at the hotel provided, and to enhance our experience at the ballpark. I was asked by the staff why I did not mention it during our stay.. the problem was the hotel was so packed stood at the counter for quite a bit going to be ignored with all the other things going on. So I just went on my way. Not to mention the issues I had as they double charged my room after I had already paid ahead of time. Which caused a whole other conversation with my bank. It all sorted out best of all our team swept the series. Put something I definitely think twice about staying here again."
