Muy buenas instalaciones modernas con limpieza diaria y cambio de toallas.y agua sin cargo en el refrigerador Zona con mucha oferta gastronomica y tranquila Lo unico negativo que la primer mañana 8.30 nos despertaron ya que en el.piso de arriba estaban con obras y hubo muchisimo ruido Pero solo fue esa mañana las 3 siguientes sin problema"

"We visited mid-week before the start of the season and were the only guests staying at this luxury B&B The place is lovely and the staff treated us like rock-stars! At breakfast there is a wide selection of locally produced food, olive oil and wine are available to try and buy! We had the pool and gardens to ourselves, the place is bright modern and very comfortable and is in a great location for visiting all the sights in the locality. would not hesitate to recommend. "

"Vittoria Luxury House was very clean and well presented. We were kindly welcomed on arrival and the host shared some great recommendations for lecce. However, it is located on a main road and is not very easy to find as there is a lack of signage. Additionally there is little parking nearby (closest car park was the train station which was €25 for 24hrs and a 20 minute walk away). Although, the host was available on the phone to help guide us. "

"The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette). "The property was obviously damp or at the very least not aired we were offered all of the 4 rooms with only one of them being habitable as others reeked of mold and damp along with checkin area the moment you stepped into the building from the street.Very dissatisfied if the last room wasn’t available then we would not have stayed.No way is this 10/10 . "We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. "Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
