Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"This is a beautiful property. The buildings and surrounding countryside. The outdoor amenities are terrific with a large pool and a jetted smaller pool (cold water). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small and utilitarian and the bed was too hard for our liking. We are dinner and breakfast there and both meals were good (especially the cooked breakfast). The only downside of the property is that it is aging and in need of updating and maintenance. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a relaxing away from the crowd getaway. "

The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks. Overall great hosts and a very relaxing holiday. "
