"What a great find if you want to explore Basel. The location is next to all the transportation hubs, including trains, E bike rentals car rental. And most importantly, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stage well. The answer all our stupid questions, worked out train routes locations, and even hotel shuttles on the other end our trip. It is a quiet boutique, hotel with one full charm and energy. Nicholas made our stay enjoyable from the moment we walked in the door and made sure we had all the information we needed. The manager Petrick was also very enjoyable and attentive to her knees. The hostesses in the breakfast buffet remembered our names and beverage requests after the first one warning. It's close to everything, clean, good energy, and a refreshing place to be to recharge while on a trip."
