This comfortable home has three bedrooms with one king size bed, one full and one twin bed. Little Blue, as we affectionally call it, has been thoughtfully designed and renovated for visitors to Mayo It is nestled in the charming & quiet Historic Southwest neighborhood. Steps away from Soilder's Field Park which has a playground, walking paths and a dog park. Conveniently located close to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. This newly remodeled kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances with the latest kitchen electrics and modern bakeware that you could desire. Super Fast WiFi and Netflix.

Blue House Stay

Fenced in backyard needed upkeep. Grass was very long in front yard and dogs had ticks on when came from front lawn.

Mayo Clinic treatment

The property is lovely, very accommodating. The house is appointed with everything you need. Very close to Mayo Clinic & a nice park in a historic neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Beds are very comfortable.

Great place to stay while at Mayo

My son and I stayed at Denise’s cottage for three and a half weeks while we were at the Mayo Clinic. It was absolutely wonderful to be close to the hospital and to have the amenities of home. The house was immaculate and close to Soldiers Field (park) and downtown. We hope we’re done with Mayo, but this is where we’d stay if we needed to come back.

Perfect spot for Mayo patient

"Little Blue" is a charming 100-year-old house that worked out great for me while at the Mayo for a stem cell transplant. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. It was great to have a second powder room in the basement. The furniture is comfortable and the desk area is perfect if one is working remotely. The lighting in each bedroom includes both an overhead fixture and lamps. You will find yourself "walking downhill" in several of the rooms due to the age of the house! Part of the charm. Terry was very responsive when I had a couple questions. I highly recommend this property.
