We are only 1 blocks from strip mall, restaurants, and 8 blocks to Walmart grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is full.

Parking is allowed on the street.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a Smart TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use. We have a fan. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.

On the main floor there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use also.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are allowed with approval and paid pet fee. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through the app when the house is available for you.

You can park a number of vehicles in the driveway. We do have Lyft and Uber in town along with normal taxi services.
