This place is great! They have nice beds. Better than the Springhill Marriott. It was clean and the right price for people coming to Mayo. They don't gouge you like the other hotels do. There are plenty of food options around and a grocery store. My new favorite place to stay in Rochester.

The rooms were clean & well maintained. It was quiet. They have a pool, exercise room, vending machines & a small arcade. The continental breakfast was pretty extensive. Included waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, bread, English muffins, bagels, etc... plenty of parking and has a Famous Dave's in front. Easy access to stores, restaurant and St. Mary's/ Mayo hospital.

We stayed here 4 nights while visiting family and it was better than expected. Pros: room was clean, did not stink, the a/c worked very well, bed was comfy, had good water pressure in the shower and water actually got hot (and rapidly). . Pool was clean, hot tub was clean (jets worked!) and palm tree water feature in kiddie pool worked. Everything at breakfast was in working order and stocked, and they even had non-dairy creamers (Coffee mate). Located next to walking trail. Easy check in and out. Temperature controlled stairwell! Quiet hallway. Cons: found a used washcloth tangled in the shower curtain our first time using it (removed by housekeeping), tub drained very slowly, and when asked, front desk didn't know how much arcade games actually cost (price posted was 50¢, but first game cost $1, took $3 before could play second game). The only true drawback was the tub and the pros definitely outweighed it. Would definitely stay here again!

Second stay at this hotel. Very economical for the budget minded. Had all the amenities. A nice comfortable bed and stay. Was so convenient to Mayo Clinic and restaurants, Highly recommended! Even has a local shuttle, an on site Famous Daves BBQ restaurant, and a relief area for pets. Is quiet and has plenty of close secure parking. Is an older location, but not missing a thing. Staff is helpful and very courteous. Is a terrific gem with really spacious rooms.

This hotel is something out of the twilight zone. It's extraordinarily huge, and you can get lost very very easily. And here we go: 1) hotel staff don't know what customer service is. Even a "hello" would've been nice, instead the dude just stared at me until I said something. 2) no late check out without a half day fee (we were just asking for an extra hour) no go. 3) our room straight up smelled like piss, hopefully animal, but I guarantee the floors have NEVER seen a carpet cleaner. They charge for pets, but I have no clue what they do with that fee, because it's not cleaning up the urine. We didn't have any pets, but we sure the hell got one of the pet rooms. Good: pool is open until midnight and there is breakfast. For a cheap hotel, it's alright, just all of our clothes smell like stale dog piss. Would we stay again, probably not.

Clean room, loved the oatmeal. Most breakfast items not available on Thursday. I did miss an exhaust fan in the bathroom to vent the steam.... also the lighting was not very good for reading and needlework. Shuttle handy for getting to Mayo!
