This is such a convenient and affordable hotel near Mayo Clinic. Has under ground connections to all Mayo Clinic’s. Also underground parking. We always stay here. Decent breakfast provided.

The hotel was very nice and convenient for travel to the Mayo Clinic with direct access to the underground walk way. The room was clean and nice to have the continental breakfast option. Construction was taking place outside of the hotel to improve the Mayo Clinic buildings in the area. The windows seemed to be rather low on their sound proofing ability. Almost seemed like the windows were open at times.

This facility was great for us, as we had numerous appointments and a surgical procedure at MayoClinic. It was a good stay, with a very helpful staff. Hotel is very well kept, but could use some freshing up. All in all very nice, with everything we needed.

The location connected to Mayo and the underground parking for only $15/night can not be beat. So convenient. The room itself was good, roomy, comfy bed. It is an older hotel with older decor but I’m not here for an extravagant vacation I need convenience. And the staff was helpful with needing a late checkout and extending our time in their parking garage since we had a late appointment. Oh and the attached Chinese restaurant is Amazing!!

Pro: Spacious room, mostly quiet (except for construction), kitchenette, nice pillows, access to Gonda building via subway Cons: Tub drain partially clogged, square toilet with oval seat???, the vent on the radiator was very dirty looking (I had allergy attacks), furniture was shoddy, didn't have hot water when someone above us was showering. The couch was saggy. Bed was HARD. Overall the place just needs upkeep and remodeling.

With the construction going on it was a bit difficult to get parking to check in, but raked at a ramp across the street. Was actually cheaper. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was exceptional. I plan to stay again. Subway to the Mayo Clinic was very nice.
