Front desk clerk was very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms seem to have been relatively recently updated (carpet, furnishings, decorations). Overall, it was clean and quiet and a good “sleeping room.”

Service was horrible. Not enough toilet paper for 4 people in one room and 3 in the other. Kept having to ask for towels and wash rags. Saw roaches in the main area where the supposed breakfast was served. Continental breakfast never had coffee made. They shut down 30 minutes early and when we went to get breakfast yhey said they closed it down early. We were supposed to split pay for 2 rooms and the clerk charged my card for both rooms leaving me with insufficient funds in my account. This place sucks!

Fine for a side of the road stop. People who work nearby actually live here so the was always a grouop in front of the entrance drinking and smoking. Clean but nothing special.

The room was okay beds way too hard, and the food was not good.. no food.. waffles, coffee and cereal... not good. What did we like, in Rochester Indiana which there are no other choices but what else can you do when you come to visit in Rochester??? stay there the only two in town

The hotel had THIEF ! Someone stole my cash ( over $2000 we plan to use during our Europe vacation in the purse when we had breakfast at the front desk for only about 10 minutes. I did not have chance to report to police and hotel manager but will do when I am back to USA .

My biggest complaint is the terrible smell of marijuana in the hotel where we were assigned. Our hallway was filled with the smell and it worked its way into our room. This is unacceptable fir a nonsmoking property.

Before I booked, I read many reviews, there were no other options available near so I was not expecting much. Here is a summary, Pro. 1.Great location. 2.Clean Rooms. 3.Free Breakfast. 4.Polite staff. 5.Everything in the room worked fine. Con 1.Heavy cigarette smell in room 2.No elevator 3.Towels are small and worn out. 4.Building is Old. 5.Outside grounds are not maintained well. Definitely would stay here again!
