Toilet wobbled when you set down on it, when turning water on in shower the whole faucet area moved and was kind of hard to turn on. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Friendly customer service.

No very warm and fuzzy when you pull up and a bunch of people are hanging out in the parking lot by all the vehicles looking in. Parking lot not well lit. Walk up to my room and there’s a guy knocking on doors asking for toilet paper since there wasn’t any in his room. Room was clean-ish. Tub was gross. Front desk people not easily found. Waited over 30 min for someone to check me in. Overall worst experience at a Super 8. I checked out after 2hrs of being there. No questions asked by staff and no offer to make things right. Wasted $120 on a room I couldn’t stay in.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms seem to have been relatively recently updated (carpet, furnishings, decorations). Overall, it was clean and quiet and a good “sleeping room.”

Fit our needs

The place looked deserted, and we had to wait for someone to check us in. The lobby looked clean. Our room was definitely an older decor but it had a microwave and refrigerator which was great. The room smelled like patchouli which my husband liked but I hated. The shower was warm but the faucet had great pressure. Overall it fit our needs for a good price.

The exterior was run down with no landscaping, the beds are ok but the linens were outdated and dingy. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Tv is tiny. Rooms and common areas are pretty clean and maintained. Just a little outdated and uncomfortable. Price reflects the conditions I suppose. A cheap over night stay.

Complete list of issues is too long to list here. Main points were: Hotel is infested with more than one kind of bug, sex workers hangout out in front and inside the lobby, rooms are extremely dirty, and I was there for less than 15 minutes. Did not stay either of the 2 nights that were book and was refused a refund, as if the manager or owner would stay there. I would not allow my pets to stay in a hotel like this.

Stayed one night upon arrival the front door was open no A/C in lobby flies everywhere someone sleeping on a sofa. Booked two rooms they tried to tell me I only had one room booked finally got that straightened out. The place is definitely in need of a good cleaning and updated. One of our rooms had dirty towels in the bathroom. The A/C in room was pretty good.

The room was quiet & clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower kind of sucked--the water pressure was weak and it made a loud noise. Also the towel rack fell off the wall when I pulled a towel off of it. Not all of the amenities listed on the booking were actually there (ie, the booking said there would be a bidet, but there wasn't). There arent many other options in the area.

There was no elevator. We arrived when it was dark out and the property was not well lit with few cars in the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe. We checked in and our room key was a reprogrammed old Pizza Hut gift card with the room number written on it with a Sharpie. It was very loud. I could hear every door shut and the room next to me clearly. Our room was clean and the staff friendly.

It was extremely dirty. Electrical cords hanging from the wall. Sheets weren’t correctly on bed and the mattress was stained. No drain covers on the drains. Shower knob was broken. Shower selector was broken. No pressure. No hot water. The coffee in morning for breakfast was not made correctly, it was so weak. Almost like water. Dirty food area.

Given the price point of this motel I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was located conveniently next to the highway and was easy to access. The only place this hotel fell short was in regards to the morning breakfast. And there it failed miserably! The Dry Cereal was actually stale, as were the bagels. The fruit basket had one single Apple in it and nothing else. The choices were very limited. If you can skip the breakfast you'll have a better experience. It's not a deal-breaker for me, but just set realistic expectations. You can get a decent night's sleep just don't expect much in the way of a morning meal. And lastly, employees should not be permitted to stand right next to the entrance smoking. That was quite unpleasant to walk through as we left.

Honestly, the people were super nice, place. Place was really dirty though and there was a hole in the wall in room 219 which is a little weird for me. I'm not used to holes in the wall, I'm guessing somebody fell out of bed, not sure how they got all the way to the wall but that's just what it looks like, it was fun to be there though, there was a cockroach in one of the rooms. We killed it. Hopefully management will take care of that. I'm deathly afraid of bugs. But that was pretty cool, I also thought that maybe we should have had a phone and like an iron in our room. But that's okay. We figured it out. My friend bought a steamer so I could steam my shirt so it didn't work out that I needed an iron, I'm also a little frustrated that the breakfast only had small waffles. I'm kind of a big waffle guy and there was only small waffles, I checked the milk to see if it was old but it wasn't. Overall I'd say we had a great stay. It was a little dirty in places and there was a Walmart cart that was tipped over outside of our room outside. But we looked past that to the outside world, I am super grateful for this place and the price. He's definitely right, these guys rock! Hope you all have a fantastic rest of your day. Frank

When I got to the hotel, the picture I saw was not of this hotel and the parking lot is in very poor condition. Very decieving. The front desk agent was never seen. Always had to be paged, and was always running in the front door from outside; looked to be from the hotel next door to be honest. There was no elevator so you had to take the stairs. The door to the second floor was wedged open by a brick so it wouldn’t close! I was not given any information about how to access WiFi, or if the hotel even had WiFi. Was not told what time breakfast started/stopped. I got to my room and it was pretty clean and as pictured. However, when I went to shower I found the exhaust fan didn’t work, the vent cover for said fan was covered in mold, the shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall so the shower curtain wouldn’t actually stay where it needed too, and my shower water was barely warm. On my second night there, someone was going up and down the hallway yelling and shaking door handles to rooms. There was quite the commotion. I didn’t complain because I was barely there but when I attempted to check out a day early due to family emergency and I was poorly treated being told they were refusing to refund me, I felt this needed to be said. They do not care about their guests. They care about money!!! I checked out anyway and took the loss of almost $100.00 to get out of there!! Stay anywhere else!!!
