  • Welcome to this bright and charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfect for your stay.

    I'm excited to host you and am happy to assist with any questions or booking details. We offer a variety of short-term rentals to suit different needs and budgets!

    Located just 2 blocks from the Mayo Clinic campus, this home features a main-floor bedroom and bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level. Enjoy spacious living areas, a cozy reading room, power lift chair, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area. Step outside to a private backyard with a patio, complete with a table and chairs for outdoor relaxation. There’s also off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

    You'll be just steps away from Mayo Clinic, the Cascade Trail system, and within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. Ideal for both convenience and comfort!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Communication was excellent. I will most surely stay again!

This is the third time we’ve rented here, it’s the best find when staying in Rochester. Super clean, and so great to have a bedroom and bathroom on main floor for my elderly father. We’ll be staying again soon!

Everything about this place is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. Well equipped kitchen, lots of spices, and even some pantry items available. Comfy beds, recliners, and backyard patio. Nice to have an upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Close enough that we walked to Mayo Clinic appointments. Will stay again!

This is the second time me and my family have stayed in this property. The house is located in a very cute and quiet neighborhood. It is very accessible to any place in Rochester you need to be. Once again we found everything to be clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable in the house. The main floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my elderly father. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meal prep and eating in. Broc is great as a host and is incredibly responsive to any concern or questions we may have. We would stay here again if we find ourselves in Rochester again for a weekend. Thank you Broc!

Wonderful place, conveniently located. Well stocked pantry which the owners generously leave for other guests. Comfy pillows and beds. Would defiantly stay again.

I was finally approved to be seen at the MAYO Clinic. Coming from MI, having never even been to MN before, I wanted to find a place easy to find, comfortable, and located close to Mayo. If this sounds like you too, I'd HIGHLY recommend this house. The host was not just incredibly helpful but very knowledgeable when it came to the area and knew a ton of helpful advice. The home was very clean and had everything we needed so that all we had to worry about were my actual appointments. I'm gonna have to return to Mayo in a few months again for surgery and I'll definitely be renting this unit if it's available

This was the perfect place to stay while spending a week going to and from Mayo Clinic Wifi was great, allowing two people to work remotely in between appointments. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s also more cost effective than staying at a hotel.

Very well equipped home for Mayo visitors. A work desk would be helpful, but everything we needed was available and then some, in a lovely, convenient neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Everything was very clean, and the property was close to Mayo. It was perfect for our medical stay. The lift chair was small but it worked well to help me get up easier after surgery. I did end up transitioning to the full size bed on the main level. It had an adjustable base, so I was able to put it in the upright position to get up. The walk in shower on the main level was also perfect. Everything was easily accessible, and it was stocked with all we needed for cooking. I’d highly recommend this property. Broc was quick to respond and very easy to work with!

Amazing host and great property! Was close proximity to walk to appointments at Mayo or catch a quick Uber. Home has everything you could need. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Host was such a great communicator. Highly recommend.

Won't stay anywhere else

This home is Central to the Mayo clinic The home is very nice and clean with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would be back in a few months and definitely be staying here

Great place. Cute neighborhood. Very clean and so comfortable. Everything you could need. Hosts were so kind and easy to communicate with. Will for sure be staying here again

Cute and cozy

It is located very close to Mayo clinic and walking trails. The home was warm, clean, and had everything we needed for 12 days. The beds were comfy as well. We will be staying hereagain if ever in the area

A very easy 12 minute walk to Mayo. Nice walking trail 2 blocks away that follows a creek.The house is clean with nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.
