"We just needed an affordable and clean safe place to sleep and this checked the boxes. The staff were very helpful and it had what we needed. A few quirks for being an older hotel, (had to turn on the light switch for the bathroom before you could get in and close the door in the middle of the night, and there's a hole in the wall in the bathroom where the door knob hits it) but worked great for us and we were happy to use this place. Loved that the mattresses were NOT memory foam! Thank you! "

"Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Greeted with cute touches throughout to welcome us, with snacks and coffee supplied which was fantastic as we checked-in late at night. Rebecca was very willing to work with us when we asked to shorten our stay due to a schedule change. All of us (moms & teen girls) loved the house and will definitely stay here again when we have a dance competition near-by."

"Convenient to restaurants and Wekiwa State park, but pool chairs are not that comfortable and had to go out to buy French vanilla creamer. Not everyone likes only cream or sugar. Bathroom sink faucet is in very awkward position, floors were very dirty as our socks showed us. Air conditioner very noisy. Rm 420"

"The accomodations were clean and spacious. The area was quiet and close to many dining options, grocery, gas, etc. Check-in/ out process was easy and hassle free. They owners put a lot of thought in to every detail. I would rent this place again if back in the area."

"This darling little house on 5 acres was perfect for my husband and me along with our 2 pups.Jonah was a great host, and the house came with all paper products and plenty of coffee. Jonah was very warm and welcoming, and we loved the quiet and serenity. We are going back again next year and staying even longer. "

"Check-in at 4pm, and had not received the access code. Owner came in, and the bed wasn’t even made, looked like someone had just slept in it. After an additional 45 minutes, I got in the room. Pictures should also include the outside, because there is a sewer tap sticking up right outside the door. Small ants in the kitchen, and tv service was limited to streaming, could not access loca tv and/or sports. You get what you pay for… not happy, will know better next time."
