"Nice staff"

"The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were recently updated which was nice, but there are no hooks for towels or any kind of shelving for toilettries inside or outside the shower, there is also a lack of a bathroom outlet and no hair dryers. The room is tight so the clothing storage is very limited. The complimentary coffee and tea tray was lovely but not restocked each day. The location is amazing, it is just down and around from The Temple Bar. The wifi goes in and out all the time so if you need that it is not reliable. If you're looking for a place to stay with a comfortable bed and full bathroom it will be great."

"This is a great hotel! Super location in the middle of everything, easy to find, but quiet! The staff is wonderful — friendly and eager to help. Breakfast very good; Restaurant menu adequate, staff attentive."

"This is a fantastic hotel with brilliant, helpful, staff. Rooms are small but contain everything you need. Very comfortable beds and a great shower. Perfect location just off temple bar. Highly recommended."

"Nice older property. You can tell it’s aging, but the staff does take care of the place. It has charm. Very conveniently located. Lots of things around for sightseeing, shopping, dining, whatever. The only rather bad part was the noise. Not the hotel’s fault at all, just a fact that ambient city noise is everywhere. Rooms were a bit warm due to rather warm, sunny weather, so that caused windows to be open which didn’t help the noise. Like I say, not the hotel’s fault. Overall, I recommend it, would definitely stay again."

"We were first placed in a room that would have been too difficult to maneuver around the bed. The front desk personnel was so helpful, that he brought me to two other rooms to choose from. The one we finally settled on was a bit more each night, but had more room and a balcony. I wish I could remember his name to give a shout out to him... There are two other front desk personnel that I do want to give an amazing shout out to. Sorcha and Daantje were just very fun and full of information about events happening in Dublin. With the hotel being so central, we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see! If traveling to Dublin, I would recommend this hotel!"

"Noisy construction next door. Letting the manager know was of no help."

"This place has paper thin walls. I could hear everything in the rooms next to us and in the hall. The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was so small and our comforter had stains on it. The room also had no windows (could be my fault when booking and didn’t notice this detail) but the problem was there was no ventilation. When we took a shower the room turned into a sauna and sort of stayed that way. The AC couldn’t really be changed so it didn’t help the situation. "
