"We have come to Rockaway Bch. every year for the last 16 yrs. in November. We were excited to be able to get this house for the second time this year. Last year there was more of us, so we knew it was big enough for us this year. We love the big kitchen, lots of room with 6 bedrooms and the game room. "Aside from not being able to really see the ocean from the house (small view from the primary bedroom balcony) there's nothing to find fault in with this rental. Literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, super wide flat beaches for walks. We had a great time, house was very new feeling (maybe under adorned, but that's fine), closet full of games, comfortable beds. "The grass was way overgrown in the yard no path to the hot tub so when you got out of the hot tub, you got all muddy by time you got back into the room Recommend pavers or something going from the door to the hot tub and mow the grass Everything else was perfect. No other complaints. Everybody was friendly. The unit was really clean no issues whatsoever."
