"If there's a b & b anywhere where the hosts are more attentlve, i've yet to visit it. A real gem of a place, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and a 5 minute walk to the town centre make this a great place to come. We have been twice now and there is sure to be a third when we revisit Dumfries."

"We stayed here for three nights, and Kevin and Nicky were really friendly. They made sure we had the best possible stay, with spacious rooms and a perfect breakfast and just a couple of minutes away from the high street. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Gatehouse."

"Cosy, well equipped cottage with a lovely view. Our elderly parents loved that they didn't have to go anywhere to enjoy the beach and they could get out for easy walks. With amenities just a few minutes drive away and local to wildlife viewing options this worked well for us. None of us were keen to leave."
