We have stayed many times at a Rockhampton Serviced apartments. Always clean, very comfortable, a range of accommodation types available and where available they will provide the option to accommodate disability access which was handy when staying with my mother who had a knee injury. We recommend the apartments tl friends and family staying in the area. It is very proximal to all areas of Rockhampton.

Despite the last-minute Easter holiday booking, communication with the manager Tom was very smooth. Room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. I've been to Rockhampton a few times now, this place is so far the best one for this price range.

My family and I found the Rockhampton Serviced Apartments a bit of a Rough Diamond. We were unsure to begin with but when we stayed the room was great, quiet, clean and looked after. The staff were very helpful and we were pleasantly surprise with the whole complex. We would have stayed longer if we could have. Would recommend. Definitely worth the money. Well done :-)

Comfortable, plenty of room to move around, reasonably quite apart from council road works up the street,good sized fridge and useable kitchen. Parking at property was to small for 4 cars, 2 cars had to use street parking.

Property is in a good location, reasonably new inside and clean. Our room was large. The parking space is very tight. Reception wanted my credit card for “any extras” which I declined to provide - there are no extras. Lots of noise either from the owners or other guests very early in the morning

Shower had mould in the grout. We had 2 big crickets and some other creepy crawly come in and it is because there is a gap under the door. Other than that it is in a convenient location.

Nice unit spoiled by being left dirty

Great checkin and service. However deluxe unit had not been fully cleaned with all eating and kitchen services stained with grease and food stains. Bathroom was similarly neglected, floor dusty and with dirt stains and hair, same with toilet seat. Asked manager to fix which was done within the hour. Floors were still left in cleaned. Management said their cleaner had 10 yrs experience so it was left unclear how this happened. I suggest the managers audit their work more closely. Otherwise unit was roomy and well appointed. A fair bit of noise transfer from the inter room connecting door. Location is nice and central if not a bit noisey. Hopefully management take action to avoid and further cleanliness issues.
