"We had a lovely weekend ski trip with friends here and everything was excellent. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Plenty of room in the driveway for lots of cars, had a tricky time connecting the Bluetooth speaker to the projector but our host Eric was very helpful in talking us through how to connect it. Hot tub was hot and worked great all weekend, I was honestly very impressed with how well it was able to maintain its heat in single digit temperatures outside....

"The house is huge and has a giant finished basement perfect for the kids to retreat to. The kitchen had every appliance you can think of and the pizza oven worked perfectly. Hot tub outside was the icing on the cake after a day of skiing. The kids were also sledding on the golf course. Close to Stratton and even closer to Mount Snow, we spent two days at the mountain skiing and snowboarding before hitting the brewery and a local restaurant. The game room is fun, though you will need to bring/buy wood and give the woodstove plenty of time to warm up in the Winter. "We had a wonderful stay at this property. The proximity to Stratton along with the amazing view that we woke up to every morning could not be better. The only 2 things that I would have liked would have been for there to be a television (there was a monitor in the bedroom that we moved into the living room to stream from Chromebook) and an actual fireplace instead of wood burning stove but to be clear those are not complaints nor eif just a wish list. "My family really enjoyed this Lake House. The beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. The kitchen was functional and generally well equipped. The beds in the house were particularly comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck with perfect views of the lake. "The place is beautiful and the stay was fantastic. It is up a couple mile hill/road from the center of town, just long enough to make you feel you are out of the hustle. The property presents very well. The rooms are large for private space with 2 common rooms that are just as large for group time. The one suggestion would be to add a check in book of information, including necessary passwords (WIFI) and local attractions/restaurants.
