"My room was supposed to be ready at 4pm. I tried to check in at that time and the room was not ready. I asked at 5pm and the room was not ready. The room was still not ready at 6pm. The room was finally available at 7:15pm. Once in the room, the pillows were very hard. I had to take my towels to the office to get clean towels as they did not change them when they cleaned the room every other day. The room was ok and had a view of the ocean. It was an ok hotel but I probably would not stay there again. "

"The front desk staff were great very nice and welcoming. However, there was no hot water during showers, the beds weren’t very comfortable, and breakfast had limited options. On the plus side, the location was perfect."

"Everyone had a good time and a nice place to stay. It's easy to see how a very popular spring break location could have troubles with guests. I'm very happy things went well, I the 43 year old man who booked the stay am the only one who drinks beer. Not to party I simply enjoy the beverage. It worked out great for those kids! "

"We loved staying here! Walking to the beach was easy, the golf cart was fantastic, and being close to the pickle ball courts was great. We were thankful for the heated pools! The only problem was that some of the dishes had crusty food particles in/on them, and there was a lot of construction noise in the unit next door one day. But overall we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a fun beach trip."
