Supplies:
We provide a starter pack of supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap, shampoo, and body wash, to get you started. For additional supplies, there are nearby stores, such as Publix (5-minute drive) and Costco (15-minute drive).
Additional Guests:
A maximum 10 people are allowed here based on the number of rooms and beds available. Any additional people will be subject to an additional fee of $25 per day.

No Pets or Animals of any kind
Smoking/vaping are NOT permitted inside the home.
Security cameras are in place around the property for your safety.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM in compliance with Rockledge city ordinance.
Please keep loud music, voices, and sounds at a minimum to respect our neighbors.
The house is not childproof; please supervise your children.
Please understand that Florida's natural surroundings include bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, and ants. Ensure doors, sliders, and windows are closed. We do not offer refunds for issues related to bugs, insects, or animals found inside or outside the home. We do pest control and spray the interior and exterior. As long as you keep all doors shut, it will be more difficult for them to get in.
