Ricardo was amazing with communication and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful, even leaving a homemade tart his wife made which was delicious and a warm touch. Everything is thought of and provided to make it a home away from home. Our grandchildren loved the animals. We even had the experience of a little snow which was amazing.
