"It was very quiet,clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't sit on the balcony/porch much due to the people below us smoking one cigarette after the other. Other than that, it gets a 5star! We will be back! "

"Wonderful family weekend! Three rooms on 10 floor overlooking Downtown Hot Springs. The staff was very professional and the cleanliness of hotel rooms excellent. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and our second time staying at the hotel. Plan to visit again soon. Location is excellent to downtown. Wonderful locally owned shops and great restaurants. Love the historical history museums and bath houses. On the way home and excited for next visit. A round of applause to The Hotel Hot Springs. The Lanata’s"

"Real nice spot, you can walk out to the lake and see all the turtles, I think people feed them because they come swinging towards you. The hotel it self had a great breakfast. Comfortable beds. The only knock I had on it was I don’t believe the shower curtain was installed properly and kept drooping, allowing water to escape the shower space. I’m sure our room could have been the exception, but make sure you don’t have the clothes you’re going to wear too close to the tub."
