"I rented this property after seeing it here and another rental site. An overnight getaway for my family members birthday. We arrived at the home and I realized I never received check in information. I called the renter who answered, apologizing, that they had removed the listing because the AC was out. I asked them what I should do and they recommended a few hotels and said they would act on a refund for me. After contacting the site a few days later I was told that in the fine print, It says...

"This location was great. Quiet neighborhood, fenced in yard, close to town, walking distance of a lot. Out door shower is amazing. Such a great experience, will definitely be staying again sometime!"
