This home is located in beautiful Parke County, a rustic and charming setting.

This home is beautifully decorated and located 2 miles from downtown Rockville, the center of the world famous Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. The county is home to three state parks (Turkey Run State Park, Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area, and Shades State Park) and is just minutes from Rockville Lake Park. This home comes with numerous amenities; large dining room, large living room, kitchen with all necessary appliances, use of full size washer & dryer. This house has1,500 square feet on the first floor and 400 square feet on the second floor. Two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the first floor and a third bedroom is on the second floor with a full bathroom. This home was completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2021.

Beautiful home

Perfect Getaway

This property was clean, spacious and had plenty of amenities. Very close to town and to Turkey Run State Park. We had an excellent time relaxing together and it was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

Perfect place and location

Easily accessed; close proximity to area state parks and recreation area, downtown shopping, restaurants; clean; fully stocked; welcoming and perfectly suited to accommodate our family group of four adults and two children. The kids LOVED staying there and want to return! (So did the adults!)

Very easy to find. Very clean and we really liked all the Fall decorations. Was very well stocked with everyrhing we needed. The host even provided several coffe and teas to choose from. Only a 10 minute drive from Turkey Run State Park. We truly felt like this was home away from home! Would stay here again.

This was an impeccably clean, highly attractive property located only 15 minutes from Turkey Run State Park and in the middle of many covered bridge viewing routes. The property shares a parking lot with Ferguson chiropractic office, and the location is quiet, but close to the downtown area. It’s really perfect for a homebase close to Turkey Run. Snacks, toiletries, fluffy towels, and bottled water are some of the thoughtful amenities.

lovely home

we stayed 2 nights at this very comfortable and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home that is centrally located in Rockville, Indiana and close to Turkey Run State Park and Raccoon Lake. The owners have really thought out and provided everything you would need, from great coffee and shampoo. The linens and the towels are luxurious and the house is very spacious. Very comfortable home. Highly recomend and we will return here again.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend to be close to Turkey Run State Park. The VRBO is beautifully decorated and everything is updated, clean and comfortable. It was sooooo nice to have a coffee maker with coffee and condiments provided! A lot of thought went into the details - the fluffy towels, soft beds, tasteful decor, great water pressure in the shower with quality soaps and shampoos provided, and easy instructions for WiFi, TV, etc. It is a short trip to the state park and there is a nearby CVS. The hosts made us feel special with thoughtful extras to acknowledge our anniversary. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Sisters-in-law Covered Bridge Viewing Getaway

We had an awesome time viewing the covered bridges in Parke County and this house was the perfect central location to stay in! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable! The hosts were easy to get ahold of and answered our texts right away! The town was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Near Turkey Run State Park

We enjoyed this beautiful home only minutes from Turkey Run State Park. The home has been nicely updated. The furnishings are lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It is on a state road and the traffic can be heard in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.
