"This was a last minute reservation for us. We could not have been more pleased. The front desk was very friendly, even offered a recommendation for dinner. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was better than home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Rooms condition very poor. Dirty, bed uncomfortable, one very thin pillow per person. Bedding stained and find hair between the sheets. The one and only chair was dirty and stained. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed at. Old and dated can and should be clean and comfortable. Didn't stay for breakfast next door at Trappers Restaurant "

"A gorgeous property with beautiful views of Lake Joseph. Both restaurants were amazing with the friendliest and most helpful staff. Our room was clean with a recently renovated bathroom. Next time I would be sure to request a room that is more accessible, we were on the top floor of the furthest building and getting up & down three flights of stairs with luggage etc was difficult. Being early spring we were unable to use any of the amenities so the resort fee was somewhat unnecessary."

The property was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, and we really enjoyed our time once we got settled.There was a delay during check-in, which meant we had to wait longer than expected before accessing the property. However, the host was very responsive, apologetic, and handled the situation professionally by offering compensation, which we truly appreciated.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.
