"Everything was great!"

"Staff were not the friendliest. My two kids purchased the same candy at the front desk at two different times and they were charged two different prices. When my wife confronted them, they gave gave a bogus explanation about change not being available and refunded the change. There are 3 restaurants on site. But only one of them was open at a time. Defeats the purpose of having 3. The facility was clean and accessible. "

"Has free self serve laundry facility, but closes at 9PM - too early. No eating options on site. But there is a starbucks within walking distance for breakfast and a couple of restaurants that you can walk to as well. Be cautious if you have pet allergies. My kids do and they had to be on anti histamines the entire stay."

"Beautiful hotel , very central situated . The room vas beautiful , clean ,comfortable. Very quiet. Restaurant with great staff and we totally enjoyed the food. Undergraund parking was good. The hot tub on the roof was amazing and with great views. Definitely recomanding this hotel ."

"They have done a really nice job with the renovations here. The hot tub area offers lovely views…parking is plentiful, the staff are very pleasant and there are two outdoor patios to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon bites. Everything is still within a 15 minute walk of the main action on Banff Ave. the fresh tea and coffee selection for the rooms and pour over coffee apparatus is a nice touch too!"

"Poor check in. Rooms weren’t ready and the front desk staff weren’t very helpful. We were gratefully given rooms beside each other, as previously requested. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were laid out very well. There was a small blood stain on a pillow case as well as the bathroom was not cleaned very well. No conditioner. The hotel is in an excellent location with beautiful surroundings right beside the riverfront park. Very nice lounge & restaurant."
