"If you are into new, this hotel is not for you. We stayed here because it transported us back to a simpler time. The decor and vibe take you back to the 1920s and the history of v this hotel is great.

The bed was very comfortable and the TV worked great. We were in a double room with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Note: There was no refrigerator so we had to keep some things on ice in a cooler.
The bar service was excellent. I would recommend sitting at the bar and getting a drink and imagining Teddy Roosevelt laughing alongside you.
Tip: get reservations and make the grueling 1,289 step advent to Hanging Lake (only 10 minutes away). The Lake is so beautiful on a sunny day that you won't believe it."
