"Small but very well-organized, lovely, clean room. Amazing view. Fabulous coffee, great rooftop and location. Love the refillable jugs in the room. You can choose still or sparkling!"

"Resort fee, but no AC, no gym… my room was still dirty upon check-in. It was nearing upwards of 80°, I had to call down to the front desk to bring up a technician to teach me how to turn the heat on and off from inside the actual heater on the outside wall. Other than that, my only option was opening the window, between the rain, wind, chill. Surprise $500 charge upon checkout. No receipt, no emails, no information about this charge."
