"We had a great 4 day get away with my kids, their spouses and children. The house was large enough for everyone to hang out together and had private spaces to accommodate for alone time. It was a quiet peaceful location with a private association beach about 1 mile away. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The 2 decks and a screened in porch really added to the relaxed feeling. The owner was also very responsive to questions etc. We definitely enjoyed our stay!"

"Simple, serene, absolutely wonderful. The house boat is absolutely what you sign up for and more and then the touches that the host does - the snacks, the chalkboard and THE FISH-LIGHT! She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy - she makes she you get all your time while making you feel completely supported. 10/10. We will be back. "

"Beautiful property, better than I expected. Very clean upon arrival. Had plenty of kitchen and pantry essentials Plenty of room for the 6 of us, would actually sleep 8 people. Extra bonus we were able to bring our dog. Shed had bikes and helmets for kids to use, we brought their scooters which they were able to ride around the community. Beautiful private beach and definitely a short walk. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Thanks to our great host Rob!"

"I vacationed with my husband, two adult sons, daughter- in-law and 2 grandkids. The home was spotless (TRULY), spacious and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach every morning - it was a quick and lovely stroll. Town was close by and inviting. The host was extraordinary, before, during and at the end of our stay. The home was well decorated and well stocked. I would gladly stay here again!"
"The house is extremely well appointed and gracious. Everything we needed was provided in abundance. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the clean sand and water. It was a nice walk to the beach. We enjoyed being in the Black Point Community. The house was close to restaurants we wanted to go to as well as two golf courses we got to play."
