"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Niantic over Laboe Day weekend . The house was clean spacious and decorated in a nice beachy theme throughout . Many household amenities provided and plenty of items for the beach and kids to play with in the yard .Check-in was simple. Rob answered any questions quickly and thoroughly. He provided a fantastic guide book with suggestions for restaurants and activities Having the beach pass to park in the association lot was perfect. And the private beach was awesome Niantic is a lovely area. Walking along Main St and the boardwalk in the evening with the kids was such a nice way to wind down after a day at the beach (especially with an ice cream !)Overall a perfect stay …maybe the only suggestion would be to enclose the outside shower !!Will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a coastal getaway "

"From the front the house looks smaller than it actually is, surprisingly updated and plenty of room inside. The house is well equipped and love the set up, everything from the kitchen to the bedrooms, living room and up to the deck. No shortage of receptacles for cell phones, etc., which is a good feature. 5 minute walk to the beach, but if bringing lots of gear, should take advantage of parking or dropping it off, the hill on the way back is um exhilarating :)"
