"1 hour wait to check in. Then when we go to check in they didn't have a room for us. We had to get ready for our event that evening in the hotel lobby bathroom. Next day we asked for a refund and they said we had to contact Expedia who booked through but that was next to impossible. The hotel was supposed to contact Expedia and issue refund. We got nothing accomplished but inconvenience with this hotel start to finish! We will never stay there again."

"The Sonesta was a pretty good stay. We only stayed for one night. It was a few things that could be improved. They need to make sure enough towels are in the amenties. It was only one wash cloth in each bathroom and only one towel in one of the bathrooms. Also, the kitchen did not have any silverware, pans for cooking, or dinnerware. This would have been a problem if we were staying more days. I think if someone would inspect the rooms after them being cleaned would lower the complaint or reviews that not showing the property in a good light."

"Room was super clean - but the hallway floors definitely need updating. Breakfast wasn’t great - very typical hotel breakfast for sure (pancake machine broken both days). Furniture is not very comfortable - i know it goes with the vibe of the hotel, but could be nicer - bed was very comfortable for though (so that is most important). For being right by airport - not very noisy at all."

"This was a good hotel. It was clean,the beds were comfortable and the temperature control was great. Often times in hotels we spend the evenings trying to adjust the temperature since it seems to fluctuate between too cool and uncomfortably warm no matter what the themostate is set on. This wasn't a problem here. the temperature stayed where we set it the whole 4 days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the ones at the desk to the ones cleaning the rooms. Everyone made us feel very welcome. I'm sorry I don't remember their names but I have a hard time reading names tags and sometimes they aren't wearing any. There was a few minor issues the kept me from giving this hotel 5 stars. But I stress these were minor things and wouldn't keep us from staying there again. There was no black out curtains so the room wasn't very dark at night. There was no channel guide for the televison which is annoying since we spent a lot of time flipping through channels without knowing what they were trying to find something to watch. A channel guide seems like something that should be provided and it wouldn't take a lot of effort or expense to have one availableand it makes a stay less irrating. The sink was slow to drainbut wasn't a seriuos problem. The only fault with breakfast was no fruit available."
