It is a third floor WITHOUT lift. 
 
Distributed in living-dining room, open plan kitchen, complete bathroom with bathtub and 1 bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
 
Proximity to all kinds of services such as supermarkets, marina, restaurants, tennis club and hospitals among others. Fine, shallow sandy beaches. A few minutes from Roc de Sant Gaietà, a charming fishing village. Easy access to the N-340, Pau Casals C-32, C-31, AP-2 and AP-7 motorways. Well communicated, 40 minutes from Barcelona airport and 35 minutes from Reus airport and 30 kms from Camp de Tarragona station. 2.5 km from the old town of Roda de Barà. Half an hour from the amusement park Port Aventura and Ferrari Land, 1 hour from the Aquopolis water park and 10 minutes from Aqualeón. Only 1 hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes to Tarragona.
 
The house does not include bed linen and towels, the traveller can bring them or hire them from an external company.
