"Our stay was enjoyable, though there were a few areas that could be improved. It would have been helpful to see photos of the surrounding areas online so guests could have a better sense of what to expect. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. However, the pillows had visible stains, which suggested they hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom was decent, though there were occasional issues with the hot water cutting off. "The staff was extremely helpful! - They booked all of our tours / drivers no matter what we wanted to do. It is was a little more than getting taxi/Uber, but we had the same drivers and got to know them which was so fun! - Breakfast was simple and the accommodates my husband's dietary needs of no gluten. - Our air conditioning went out the second night. They had a technician come to repair it that night even though it was late. - The views we're absolutely breathtaking from the rooftop....
