They gave a room and AC wasn’t that great and they fixed the issue right away and gave me a better room. Location is very good center of Frankfurt anything you need is near by food/malls etc The only thing is a bit annoying outside the hotel are some homeless people who are blocking the walking way but other than that Its one of the great places in Frankfurt now and i come to Frankfurt every year I would definitely come again Thank you team Hotel Lumière"
