"Hot tub was broken, had to get in my vehicle and go to a different property to use one. TV didn't work. There was a terrible storm coming through and we couldn't even check the weather. Refrigerator didn't work and that RUINED my mother's pulled pork. Sheets were dirty. Shower was cold. Coffee was burnt. Outlet didn't work in the bathroom. Really just the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AND I TRAVEL A LOT. AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH. "

"This hotel is right in the middle of all the restaurants and places you want to go when you’re in Bentonville. Great staff and great coffee. The most importance is the room is quiet from noises. Easy check ins and easy check outs. Overall experience is beyond my expectations. Book with confidence."

"We booked the standard queen sized room, and it was extremely tiny. Felt like a broom closet and the bathroom was so small it was almost unusable, it looked nothing like the pictures unfortunately. We spent $150 on the room for one night, and it's just not worth the price compared to competitors. If you're looking for something in that price range to stay for a night, book elsewhere."

"Room was clean, but desk chair was completely worn out, should have been replaced. Also someone was smoking in their room,which was overwhelming! We had was fish and chips at the bar, it was horrible. Uneatable!! "

"This hotel was fantastic! I've been a fan of 21c for years, and this one does not disappoint. Everything about the visit was easy. The room was clean, well-appointed, and designed for ease. The art was interesting and I liked feeling immersed in it every time I walked in. There is seating throughout the hotel that invites you to slow down, spend some time with the art and relax. They have reusable water bottles and water bottle filling stations on each floor. The staff were great too. We had dinner at The Hive restaurant, which was delicious and the staff were superb. We really enjoyed Wyatt, with whom we had a great conversation, and gave local flavor to our visit. It was the perfect place to spend 3 days. "
