"The 2 days, I was there , there was not a person at the front desk. They had a camera and someone would come around the corner. At times I would see someone waiting 10 minutes for help. One of my associates said he had a cold shower. My water was just the opposite. I did not have cold water. The restaurant staff was very good. Very helpful and had great service."

The animals were a nice addition, our daughter fell in with Harley and spent a lot of memorable moments with him. Close enough to Springfield to enjoy the events it offers but far enough away for a peaceful place to relax."
