"Please do not book this place. The photos on Expedia are outdated. The whole place is a dumpster! They are selling outside the rooms old furniture and even old window frames for $25,$50 dollars. We stayed one night and we asked for an extra towel and they have a cardboard box full of towels and toilet paper in the middle of the office together with groceries they try to also sell. This place should be closed down by the city. It’s a hazardous environment! "

We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. Fan of the Napa/Calistoga Valley area! We’ll be back."

"Upon arrival there was trash and throw up on the ground walking into the hotel. Staff was polite during check in. The view from our room was a shipping container and dirty parking lot. It’s an old dirty hotel. Don’t let them trick you into some river view. It’s foul."
